Cookies uses cookies according to electronic communication law, which was introduced on the 25 of July 2003. Everyone that visits websites should be informed regarding what a cookie is and why it is used. A cookie is a little word-file that is stored on your computer and contains information which helps the website to identify the visitor. Cookie files don't harm your computer in any way, it's only a text file which can't contain any viruses. There are two types of cookie files and both take hardly any place on your computer:

One type stores a file permanently on your computer, and these are used to measure how you, as a visitor, move and act on the website. This enables us to offer our visitors better service. You are able to erase the text-files, which most browsers have tools for. On we use this type of cookie file. The information that is stored on your computer is of a specific number, without any connection to personal data. And therefore completely anonymous.

The other type is a so called "session cookie". During the time you are on the website our web-server distributes a specific identity string to each visitor so that we don't mix them all together. A "Session Cookie" is never stored permanently on your computer, it is automatically erased when you close your browser. To be able to use most efficiently you should have the cookie function activated.
